Cava Sogas Mascaró Brut Nature Reserva

Grape Varieties: 30% macabeo, 40% xarel·lo (70year old vines) and 30% parellada.

Crianza: 24 to 30 months on lees.

Tasting Notes:

 

On the eye: Yellow colour with Brown hints. Very small bubbles due to the ageing in the bottle.

On the nose: Very clean toasted bread aromas

On the mouth: Very fresh and elegant. The carbonic is very well integrated.

Gastronomy: Ideal cava for lunch of white meat.
